The countdown is on….52 days until planting! We are busying preparing equipment, hauling out last year’s harvest and getting in our last chance to vacation or take time off of work before our really long days begin around April 1st! The weather has been unseasonably warm, it almost feels like spring is here now!

Anthony Swartzentruber is our August #MCM! He is one of the newer members of the Stoy Farms team in that he has been with us since October of 2014. At the farm his jobs include seed treating, delivering seed, and driving the grain cart when in the fields. His favorite thing to do on the farm is hauling straw/hay and operating equipment. When he is not hard at work, Anthony enjoys music and being active playing golf, softball, and basketball. We are happy to have him as a part of the team!

For everyone who has recently taken a drive past our location in Ashley, you may have noticed that big changes have happened at Stoy Farms. Because of recent expansion we grew to be too large for our old office space and have thus needed to build a new office and shop space. Look at this article on Nick Dancer Concrete & Design showcasing the polished concrete floors in our office. We love that they add to the uniqueness of our new space and think you will too!
